Homeseeker announces a stunning new affordable lodge showing at the Scottish Caravan & Outdoor Leisure Show 2011

The Cassia combines the stunning quality and style that customers have come to expect from Homeseeker with a surprisingly affordable price tag.

The lodge will be on-site in Glasgow from 3rd-6th February 2011 at the show.

The Cassia is the high-quality answer for those who have ever thought that luxury lodges were out of their reach and too expensive to own.

The open plan Cassia features a newly designed contemporary kitchen island unit with 5 burner hob. It not only looks wonderful but is also a practical and clever use of kitchen space. It's a feature that has never been seen in a Homeseeker lodge before, so it's another first for the groundbreaking Cassia.

The Cassia also boasts a much larger shower area to the en-suite than lodges of a similar price.

The Cassia is available in a variety of standard lengths of 34' up to 40' which all come in 20' widths, a range that will suit most requirements and includes the following features

  • A newly designed contemporary kitchen island unit that is a practical and clever use of kitchen space - includes 5 burner hob
  • Side lounge layout, for those relaxing evenings in acres of space
  • Open plan living area, for a contemporary feel
  • Feature windows to lounge dining area for light and style
  • Convenient and stylish stainless steel appliances
  • Built in stainless steel microwave
  • Integrated fridge freezer
  • Master bedroom with en-suite shower room for luxury and convenience
  • Bedroom 2 with 3' single beds
  • Family sized bathroom

The Cassia leisure lodge will be available to view after the show at Thurston Manor Leisure Park, Innerwick, Dunbar, Scotland, EH42 1SA.

The Cassia can also be seen at the Homeseeker show village in York. It's a landscaped, purpose built show village just off the A64 where visitors can see 9 different lodges. It's open 7 days a week from 10 am to 4 pm. Jockey Lane, Huntington, York YO32 9NE

Energy-saving park options

With a Homeseeker park home you can benefit from a range of further optional money and energy-saving features offered by some parks that will not only help save the environment but also the money in your pocket! These features include:

Rainwater harvesting

A water-butt system that collects rainwater from your roof for 101 uses such as watering the garden, washing your windows and car or giving your dog a drink.

Grey water system

A plumbed-in systems that recycles water from your shower and hand basins for use by your toilet flush system.

Ground source heating

In the right location this eco-friendly system utilises renewable energy stored in the ground to provide one of the most energy-efficient ways of heating your Homeseeker park home. The only energy used by ground source heating systems is electricity to power the pumps which nevertheless deliver three or four times more thermal energy (heat) than is used in electrical energy to drive the system.
